My face has never looked better!! I recommend everyone here! The manager jamie is amazing and the sweetest person ever and I had the best facial by maddie! THE MOST AMAZING STAFF! it’s hard to find a perfect place but I have!!!
This review is long overdue, and I’m really glad I’m finally able to share it with the Tucson community. My mom has been coming to this Leo & Lo location for about two years, and she continues to say the service is truly five stars. She gets her eyebrow lamination along with tinted brows and always leaves happy with the results. I had an amazing experience here and can’t recommend this spa enough. I booked a 30-minute facial and it was truly perfect from start to finish. Even though it was only half an hour, it never felt rushed at all—in fact, it was the ideal amount of time to completely relax and still see real results. The space itself was calm, clean, and beautifully set up, which immediately put me at ease. My experience was amazing! Lisa had a lot of great suggestions for my brows and was able to pivot based on what would be the better service in that moment. And they turned out great! Looking forward to my upcoming visits.
I came in for a $65 facial (first appointment at this location) and specifically booked a silent appointment because I wanted a quiet, relaxing service. That request was not honored, as the provider talked throughout the session. Although it says to arrive 10 minutes early to wash your face, this actually occurs during your appointment time.
