My family member recently brought a car off the sales manager named Tom. He was horrendous to deal with. An absolute shady guy. Tried ripping me off. He was inappropriate. Would constantly lie about the process of my vehicle and where it was. Would not answer calls. Said he was too busy fighting fires. Do not recommend Tom

Took my new car in for a warranty fix. After 'fixing' the problem with new parts, when I got the keys back they said they weren't sure if it was fixed... Guess what? The suspension issue isn't fixed and is driving worse now since it was 'fixed' with the knocking noise still there and a vibration in the steering that wasn't there before. It's a suspension issue which would require a wheel alignment after having new parts put in but they didn't do that, so I've had to get it done at my expense.
