We moved to Norfolk from out-of-state in 1998 and knew no one. We needed a general contractor for some upgrades we wanted to do and luckily our Realtor turned us on to Leo F Johns. The Leo F Johns Team has worked for us for over 20 years. This includes five major projects: kitchen renovation, build out of a sunroom behind our family room, master bath, powder room, and a major restoration after a flood - this included three bathrooms, all the hardwood floors, wallpaper, and paint on three floors.
