Leo was absolutely fantastic! I had an urgent problem with my washing machine not draining and flooding our basement. He came over quickly on a Saturday evening, was extremely professional, polite, friendly, and supportive, and got to work quickly. I tend not to post reviews online, but thought it was the least I can do since he was able to finally diagnose a major drain backup issue, so maybe I won’t have a reason to be a repeat client. But I hope that others find him. I had two other firms dealing with the problem before Leo, and had spent thousands and they still didn’t figure out the core issue after seven service calls.
