They wanted me to pay over $800 for a cleaning. Annual cleaning should be free. They said i had calculus under my gums. Even though i always have calculus under my gums. Although I have no pain, no swollen gums, no gingivitis. So they wouldn't do a free cleaning so I'm looking for a new dentist now. Thank you leo
This is the best dentist office in the Houston in carolyn and vanessa was so helpful the coustomer service is great and the team make sure you walk out happy and with a smile they have my business It did not brake the dentist is so nice and gentle she does a great job with her assist make sure we are OK while in the chair Thank you Leo for making me smile again
I contacted this place to make an appointment for my only off day I gave them all of my insurance information and was told that if my insurance was noy covered for any reason they would notify me before appointment so that I would not have to drive all the way to an appointment on my only off day for no reason. I also called to let them know that I was running 5 minutes late at any time they could have let me know that there was a problem with my insurance. Love love love Michael and Dr. Kim! My daughter is a little difficult when it comes to the doctor and the dentist but they were super patient and gentle. She left feeling positive about going to the dentist in the future. Very happy with this experience and dentistry! :)
