Dr. Leo Farrell is an excellent plastic surgeon. He did my reconstructive surgery (after a DMX) and did an amazing job. I was truly pleased at the results (and at a time when I was very critical and down). My breast reduction surgery with Dr. Farrell was the absolute worst experience in my life. There are always potential complications but it is a true sign of the professional on how complications are handled. I had such complications and his lack of listening to me explain my symptoms following a second emergency surgery led to yet a third surgery, performed by him, all within a six week period. Dr. Farrell is an excellent surgeon. He introduces himself, explains his findings and what he suggest the patient does. He is clear in his explanation and explains things so we the patient can understand him. He takes his time and treats you like a patient, not a number. He has conducted several procedures on me with minimal pain if any. He follows up after surgery. To my surprise little if any scaring.

Dr. Farrell did an excellent job of correcting my puffy, sagging, angry-looking eyelids and brows. He and his staff are all so nice and easy to talk to. And I have never had to wait long there, either (unlike most doctors' offices). Highly recommended!

Went for a consultation concerning puffiness under my eyelids. I didn't even ask him, but he said I would need a facelift and also removal of fat under my chin. I am in my early 50's and just about everyone I know says that I look like I'm in my thirties. There is hardly any fat under my chin, and I really don't think I need a facelift. It really bothered me because I didn't ask about these things! It made me feel bad that he pointed out all of these flaws. Bad experience.

I was looking at a different surgeon for a breast reduction, however, he did not take my insurance so I found Dr Farrell and decided to do a consult. I am so glad I did! He is very concerned that his work is above standards. He had difficulty getting my insurance to accept the claim. Dr Farrell, himself, called me to explain what was happening. (How often does a surgeon take the time to do that?) Dr Farrell is very professional yet friendly and puts you at ease. Glad I chose to consult with him

Recently had breast reduction performed by Dr. Leo Farrell at West Shore Outpatient Surgery Center. One month post-op now. Extremely happy with results thus far. Dr. Farrell is excellent surgeon who explained everything to me in great detail. His staff also excellent! Surgery Center where my procedure was performed was very clean with professional, compassionate staff members. Highly recommend Dr. Farrell, his staff, and West Shore Outpatient Surgery Center!

I had breast reduction surgery done by Dr Leo Farrell and I would highly recommend him for any of your cosmetic surgery needs. He is very professional, has a wonderful personality, is very good at communicating the procedure and most of all I knew from the first visit that he is very conscientious and loves his profession. I was comfortable with him from the beginning and his staff is very friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery.
