Three years ago, I tore my meniscus, he made me wait months to tell me that he refused to do surgery on it. Now I have a permanent limp and constant pain with instability. My husband was diagnosed with a severely degenerated ACL and he just refused to do surgery again and didn't offer any kind of pain management. Dr.Chough's care is mediocre at best, debilitating at worst.
