The surgery went well. The results are good. There are two things that were not good. When he removed the staples it was extremely painful. It would not have been that much trouble to deaden the area. Either that or use stitches. When I went to the office for a checkup I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes past my appointment time .
Great office & Dr Bottem did excellent procedure on my upper eye lids! Would recommend to anyone!! He & the staff are very knowledgeable & kind.
Called office because we hadn't heard from them in weeks (supposed to be scheduling a surgery) and the receptionist was a little miss know it all and would not listen to what I was trying to tell her. Very unprofessional.
