I have seen Dr. Bay since I moved to Ashland. He’s caring, knowledgeable and truly cares about people. I trust him completely with the care of myself, my family, and my residents.
Dr. Bay is honest, patient, and frank, and has quickly earned my respect and trust. He is also one of the best listeners I've ever met, among the many medical professionals I've worked with as a diabetic.
Dr. Leo Bay is a newer doctor for me. I see him every few months for the past year or so. He is accessible, prompt, kind, and attentive. I really feel he listens to all of my concerns and offers more than one course of action for me and gives me proper pros and cons so we can make the best decision and what I feel most comfortable with.
