I don’t recommend moving here. The apartments themselves are well maintained, and the neighborhood is generally quiet. However, in my opinion, the rent is quite overpriced for what is offered. The maintenance team consistently does an excellent job and responds in a timely manner, which I truly appreciate. One ongoing concern is that some residents allow their dogs to be off leash and do not clean up after them. This has made walking around the community uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe. We highly recommend the community here at Leo At Flint Crossing! Everyone we’ve met is so so friendly! We’ve made friends with a few fellow dog mom and dads in the community ♥️ the office staff is always very helpful and extremely fast in responding to any inquiry! We’ve lived here since May, and are still enjoying it fully! The pool area is AMAZING! We are huge fans of the hammocks and cabanas. we love living here, but the only downside is having our packages stolen all the time. they started keeping the door locked but it’s obvious that the person stealing is someone who lives here. i understand this is not the office staffs fault, but a solution needs to happen.
I took my sister-in-law to visit this community. (She’s selling her home and looking to downsize as she ages gracefully.) We made an online appointment to view several options. We met Ms. Velasquez. When I say she is a 5 star employee, I mean it. • She was dressed very professionally (even on a Saturday morning) • She was very well-spoken.
