I just had such a terrible experience with Lenzen Chevrolet-Buick. Absolutely awful from beginning to end. Every single cliched and stereotypical negative thing you can think of with a car dealer. Six different ways to try and take advantage of the buyer, allll the while passive aggressively trying to maintain this notion that THEY'RE the ones doing things for you the customer. So I bought a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500hd high country cpo. Brought it to lenzen chevrolet to get the steering fixed also a oil change. Went back to pick it up and they said the steering was comparable with other trucks the same year. So my truck pulls to the left and when you go to correct it , it is so loose that you have to over steer to get it to move back to the middle of the road.
