This has been our 2nd purchase of a Lenz truck, 1st truck was in Fond du Lac, WI and our 2nd truck in Minocqua, WI and our salesperson was Charlotte. She was excellent to work with and she pulled the truck off the lot for 3 days so we could come up on a Saturday to see it. Charlotte had most of the paperwork filled out in case we were to purchase, found us the best interest rate and answered any question that we had, only took about 1.5 hours and we were on the road. Wouldn't recommend purchasing from them unless you want to overpay for a vehicle purchase, while getting significantly underpaid for a trade-in. Do your research on the values of the vehicles your purchasing or trading in before doing business with them. Dealerships need to make money, but certain ones try to take too much advantage of people. My recent experience, sadly, is this one doesn't have that happy medium. 0*'s if I could..
The people are very nice to deal with and super friendly. I have no issue with the team in general. My largest complaint is that it says on their site it states that your credit will get guaranteed approval. This is a lie. I found a vehicle I wanted, test drove it, and was told that no banks would work with me. I went to Rhinelander through another dealer, got the same vehicle, but 2 years newer, and got locked in at 7 percent interest and my payments are less than 200 a month. We purchased our truck from Lenz in Minocqua and it couldn’t have been any better. Customer service was top notch and even when we had a question almost a year later, Nick in service dept. went above and beyond what we expected. We won’t be going anywhere else for our next purchase!
