My water heater went out, so I called Lenz to come and provide me an estimate for replacing it. Before he came I sent some photos of the water heater. He told me that it definitely had to be replaced (it was obvious). When he came out, his estimate was almost $2,800 to replace! I clearly wasn't going to fall for his proposal, which included stories of having to be moved, upgraded, etc. Basically any way he could try justify such an outrageous cost.
