Culligan water softner developed a leak. Called Matt and he sent Zach to install a new Capital unit. Removal and install only took about an hour. System working Great. Lenz plumbing does all my work. Always done right at a good price !!!
Matt is a straight forward honest and hard working guy. He worked the entire time he was here and communicated with me as necessary. After finding that he couldn’t solve my specific problem with the tools he has, not only did he refer me to someone who could and get me a rough estimate, but he didn’t charge me for the 1 1/2 hours of work he had done. Unheard of at least for me. I will definitely call him for any of my future plumbing needs and I HIGHLY recommend Lenz Plumbing to absolutely anyone.
Excellent Water Heater Repair Service! I had a great experience getting my water heater fixed. Matt was prompt, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything up and running again in no time. I appreciated how he explained the repair process and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The service was efficient, fairly priced, and hassle-free. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable water heater repair!
