Jacob was the best. Very polite and thorough. This was my first time with Lenz. I will be calling them from now on.
Michael always does a thorough job and knows the property well. He is easy to communicate with and I am always pleased to have him visit the property. He does an excellent job.
Be careful not to hire this company!! When you call them, they visit you right away and charge you $125 for the visit. Then, they disappear. After not receiving any estimate or report for several days, I called and then they sent the report. I requested them a scheduling of the treatment, and again they disappeared for a few days. When they called back they said they are understaffed and they sent an email that started with "I do apologize you have been waiting so long."
