LENZ has a great product for connecting tubing in fluid distribution systems. The sales agent ,DAVID, is absolutely horrible! Call Lenz... ask for David.. listen to how he answers the phone. Instant negativity and rudeness. This guy needs a different job. He is so bad, I have chosen a competitive product, Swagelok, to bid a project. Lenz has lost a high 5 figure sale because of this very poor sales rep. Ask for anyone else if you need to use Lenz products.
