We had a water leak in our home and contacted Lenz contractors. Rudy (appraiser) came out the next day, walked our home, and took numerous notes, photos, and measurements to submit to our insurance company. He was willing to fight with our insurance company, who wanted to haggle price coverage for repairs that obviously needed to be made. Worked with Bryan West to repair major water damage involving our upstairs and downstairs. Bryan communicated with our insurance company and answered all our questions. We recommend Lenz and Bryan West. We are pleased with the completed repairs.
