So... I have been going to this location for months and had good and bad experiences. Staff are nice but they don’t seem happy working there. I have to question their hygiene now. I got an ice tea today and when I got back to my office I noticed there was something floating in the bottom. It certainly does not look like tea leaves.... won’t be going back...

This Lenwich is underground and has a more limited menu and no seating space. It's built for the professional lunch crowd and made for convenience. The unfortunate thing is that they don't sell the Fishwich here (the best Lenwich sandwich of all and the best friend fish sandwich you've ever had).
Often crazy busy, but that's a testament to its quality. Try the buffalo chicken hero (nyc lingo for "sub"). For a smaller appetite, have it on a club roll.
