I fell in love with Lenwich for their Caesar wraps and stellar customer service that I am normally graced with. However, moving forward, I will never step foot in this location and I don't know if I will ever support Lenwich again! In the past (literally last two weeks) I shopped at this Lenwich location prior and I always spend close to $20-$30. Wildly serviceable food. I’ve never in my life had chewy and stringy chicken salad. But if one needs a sandwich, it will do.
All the people in here posting bad reviews for the service were clearly in search of the wrong thing. This is a pickup spot for a sandwich in NYC and that’s exactly what it delivers. Lots of options, fast, and tasty. I got the veggie sandwich and thought it was excellent. The 7 grain bread was delicious.
Lenwich is so good. 🤤
