I had three keys made at this locksmith, and not a single one worked. When I brought them back, I explained that the copies were slightly thicker than my original key and would not fit or operate the lock properly. Instead of trying to help, remake the keys, or offer a refund, they essentially told me it wasn’t their problem because the blanks they use are thicker than my original key.
