This man (and I use the term loosely) is a waste of space and his wife is ignorant I pray someone catches you after closing and beats the brakes off you and your cocky wife

Selena was the nastiest sales rep I've spoken to in a long time. She was mumbling questions with an attitude. I asked her name & she inaudibly said it. I asked her to repeat it & she became nasty & stated yelling at me. I hung up. If this is how they treat potential new customers, I can only imagine what it would be like if I had to file a claim. Customers shouldn't know you hate your job & life upon 1st interaction. Do better.
