Ridiculously UNHELPFUL and very rude. Searching for legal counsel for my child and if you call on the phone the woman will very rudely tell you she can’t help you and to send an email. I have sent three emails only to keep getting automated responses about setting up a consultation - which I would happily do if I could just get a simple answer of whether they offer the services I am requesting or not. Seems like they employ her just to keep customers away.
