Not good. $375 for consultation fee, never got a consultation, instead I was told I didn't pass a "test", and then they just hung up the phone. Was told I was argumentative after telling them that they could have a few extra days to look at my files if they needed to but the administrator was just so condescending the entire time and I was kind of confused because I told him Massachusetts was a two party state for recording but then he just went on and recorded anyways, so I was like "can I record too?", but he said no.
