What a gem of a business! I had my tax returns prepared here and could not be more pleased with the experience. Lisa Nickens is polite, patient, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. We encountered some complications handling my case and she took the initiative to clarify certain questions with the IRS on my behalf, at one point staying on hold with them for over 3 hours.
