I have been renting camera equipment from lensrentals for a little over a year now. Their customer service is BY FAR the best service I have ever received. They’ve consistently gone above and beyond to ensure I receive my orders and have even shipped equipment to me when I was in the middle of travel and always follow up to ensure I’ve received my order. This is the second time I’ve rented a lens from here. The first time was excellent all the way from choosing, to using, and they made it so simple for you to return it back. 7 days is a generous amount of time if you’re just rented for a wedding. The second time I rented a lens for the same reason, how ever the wedding got rescheduled and I returned the lens immediately.
