Lens Rentals has been one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing from. Their Customer Service is TOP TIER!!! Quick to answer, so kind and helpful -- I mean they emailed me just to make sure that I meant to get an EF Lens with an R Mount Camera. Solely to ensure I got what I needed to shoot a wedding this past weekend. Everything arrived on-time, secure, and wonderfully packaged. The equipment was amazing. I rented from their main competitor for years. Well, they recently bought out their main competitor and when I tried to rent from them, they told me I had to put down a $3500 deposit on my rental. Why am I paying a significant portion of my overall rental cost for their insurance and also expected to pay a ridiculously large deposit? I bought myself a new camera for the trip instead.
