My husband and I came in this morning to have a look at glasses to replace mine. The woman working there not only couldn’t be bothered saying hello, she didn’t even look over to see if we needed help. The entire time that I was trying on frames, she was too self-important to assist me. Problem solved. We went to OPSM, bought a pair of $518 frames and booked in for an eye test next week.
All staff at the Mt Ommaney store are very friendly and helpful. The store has an extensive range of frames and testing is very thorough with everything explained before proceeding.
