I had a very poor experience with lensfly.. Communication was almost nonexistent, and when I spoke with Chasity it felt like I was bothering her just by calling. The professionalism was lacking, and after canceling I had to repeatedly call just to get my refund. The fact that there’s no physical location also makes the process feel very unreliable.
