I had a very poor experience with lensfly.. Communication was almost nonexistent, and when I spoke with Chasity it felt like I was bothering her just by calling. The professionalism was lacking, and after canceling I had to repeatedly call just to get my refund. The fact that there’s no physical location also makes the process feel very unreliable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. 0/5 If I Could

When I tell y’all this was the most seamless process I’m not joking! Chastity made this experience absolutely wonderful, and the communication was 10/10! I already told her I will be renting the R6 Mark II & 24-70 lens again, if you are a new photographer starting out or just simply wanting to try out new equipment… I cannot recommend lens fly enough!!! Thank you!!
So thankful for Lensfly! I was picked up for a job requiring some flash equipment that I’ve never used before. I was able to rent everything I needed from lensfly for an entire week so I could get used to the equipment before my job. Chasity has been absolutely incredible to work with, responds quickly, very approachable, and relatable! She has been an angel and I am SO thankful for this business! I will definitely use them again!
