I’ve been a patient at Lensfield Medical Practice for some time now, dealing with ongoing health issues that have required regular blood tests and other fast-track assessments. I have always found both the nurses and doctors here to be incredibly welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. I have received the most appalling care from Dr Waters, she continues to mock me by sending me text messages to attend surgery, when she knows that I struggle to walk far because of COPD. The surgery is 10 minutes from me, but it seems like too much trouble for Dr Waters to do a home visit. I also struggle with my mental health (I have EUPD) This is also not taken seriously by the staff, other Doctors and of course Dr Waters herself.
