I needed a new pair of prescription glasses to replace an older pair. The manager, Dan Nicholls assisted me in finding new frames that I liked. Everything was professionally handled and my glasses have been ordered. I was very pleased with the results.
I did a walk in to get my glasses adjusted and some on right away helped me out and did more tha n adjusted the frame, he even replace one of the support for the nose that fell off from the frame. He was so nice. Definitely a good place to go.
Leslie was a true professional and her customer service was top tier. She was polite, detailed, attentive, and very kind pertaining to my needs for a new pair of eye glasses. Please give her a raise. Thank you.
I have been buying glasses from this LensCrafters location at Macy’s at the Falls in Miami for many years. And every time Leslie gave me excellent service.
