Being in customer service, I try to not speak to the bad of an issue, but with my recent experience at Lenscrafters, this needs to be shared far and wide.. I am very disappointed in Lenscrafters; specifically the Central Florida area manager.... We have been generational customers, and in trying to fix an issue, we were told that the District area manager had no time to speak to us, and that we were not important enough.
