We had another great experience at LensCrafters, thanks to Jean! He picked out several frames for my son, and honestly, my son liked all of them—which says a lot. Jean is always patient, knowledgeable, and has a great eye for what looks good. We come back yearly, and he has helped us before every time. It’s wonderful to have such consistent, excellent service. Thank you, Jean, for always making the experience easy and enjoyable!
I really don’t think there is a better, knowledgeable, courteous, competent and professional representative than Fatima. From beginning to end it was a total pleasure for me to interact with her. I truly sensed that she takes her job as a “calling”. Her overwhelming desire to please and inform the best alternatives were truly amazing. Again I’m truly pleased and extremely happy I chose to come to Lens Crafters in Aventura, will never regret it. I just can’t recommend Fatima enough. KUDOS! to her!

The customer service from the store representative and current manager is terrible; along with the communication as well. My order was sent back because it was defective and non of the representatives from the store bothered to inform me that the lenses were sent back which would cause a delay in me receiving my order. It was only when I called the store to get an update on why the order was taking so long did the person tell me about the order being defective and the lenses needed to be sent back to the lab.
