HAVE BEEN REALLY HAPPY WITH THE GLASSES I BOUGHT A FEW YEARS AGO BUT LATELY THEY HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND WHEN A LENS FELL OUT OF MY SUNGLASSES AND THEY PUT IT BACK IN NO CHARGE. THE ARM CAME OFF WHEN MY SUNGLASSES FELL ON THE GROUND AND IT TOOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO PUT IT BACK ON BUT THE AMAZING PART IS THAT I HAD BOUGHT MY SUNGLASSES FROM AMAZON AND THEY STILL DIDN'T HESITATE TO FIX THEM. I have been extremely happy with this location! The eye doctor on site, Dr. Hung is very kind, patient and thorough. I also have received the best customer service I have ever had shopping for glasses, specifically thanks to Cassandra who helped me with my recent glasses and sunglasses purchase. She also helped me two years ago with my last purchase. I came to LensCrafters to fix two pairs of glasses and it was so easy Marz did a great job and was extremely helpful and it’s like I have two new pairs of glasses!!
