Awful. So I wear glasses for years and have a recent RX all from OPTYX who is fantastic to work with. For location convenience i tried to use Lens Crafters for a contact RX for the option of wearing those. Exam went fine and the eye doctor was great. The office overall, however, is awful. Very salesy environment. Four people helped me in one appointment. For some reason to just pay the $180 exam bill i had to sit down at a desk like i was buying a car. Very sales focused structure. I’ve purchased 2 pairs of glasses here. The glasses are great, love them. What I dislike is how they treat their staff.. it’s a whole blizzard outside. The mayor put out a travel ban until 12pm today. There’s very little visibility outside, yet they are forcing their NON ESSENTIAL WORKERS to travel in this weather. had a wonderful experience at lens crafters today! Jasmine helped me find frames in my budget and broke down all the costs with full transparency! This is usually an overwhelming and confusing experience for me but with Jasmines help it was seamless and actually quite fun!
