The optometrist is lovely! She took the time to answer my questions. The staff was very helpful, too.
I strongly urge you to think twice before doing business with this particular LensCrafters location. Frequent turnover and untrained staff. I was overcharged $168 for an eye exam and had to pay out-of-pocket because the salesperson did not thoroughly check my insurance before the exam. Instead of informing me that my plan renewal date was only a few weeks away (which would have covered the full exam), I was hit with surprise charges at the end and forced to pay. Ms. Fernandez was amazing fixing my old frames in minutes with great expertise. I highly recommend them and particularly her.
The doctor Y Yusupova was most helpful and competent
