I have been a customer of Lens Crafters for many years but the location to get the best service is definitely this one! After having a few unhappy experiences at the other store, my friend suggested that I visit this location for good service and she was so right! I found the staff to be professional, efficient and caring! Dr Kate Yusupova gave me good advice on eye care. I usually love LensCrafters, but the best way to describe this store would be LensCrafters Express. The staff is nice, but has no clue. There's never a technician available for adjustments, no lab in this store and minimal selection in frames. Just go to the 49th St. location and save yourself aggravation.
Our local place. Great staff and doctors. Good for all ages.
Had Chris to help me get the meta glasses and he went above and beyond that I had to make a review. Incredible service and super friendly place.
