Absolutely terrible service from an employee named "Sikora". Let me give context by saying I have purchased two pairs of glasses averaging about $200 each from this Lenscrafters location. I came in today at 4:35 and was asked how I could be helped. The string holding my right lens to my frame snapped this morning and I needed them to be repaired. Close to home. They answered my questions and they did a complete exam. Personnel were friendly.
Love this store.
Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Did a return on Feb 8 and now on business day 11 with the money still not returned. My suggestion is to avoid this company. I was told it would be 3-5 business days. Their return policy is ‘not 100% satisfied, you can return within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.’ I did all of this and nothing.
