Terrible service. Rude and not knowledgeable about COVID guidelines on being seen. Someone named Courtney claiming to be a “Doctor” took time to explain that she was very busy seeing people with broken glasses but was unable to see me because I’m out of contacts and my glasses prescription isn’t the same as my contacts. But that doesn’t qualify to be seen per the federal government orders because I “have glasses”. My prescription apparently is now expired and requires an exam. Hold on to your wallet and run away as fast as you can!! Very bad customer service and no patience at all. For such a high profit margin, you deserve a much better service. Given the curernt economy and competetions, they should learn how to treat their customers right. No recommended, period.
