Being a person that uses a walker, I cannot say enough positive things about this Lenscrafters. On both of my visits, the door was held open for me both in and out. I asked for chairs with arms, and I had one in seconds. Kyle helped me when needed during the initial exam. Hamasa was is beyond excellent in helping me with frames and pricing. The selection is too good so its difficult to decide the very best frame. You can take your time with no pressure and try on as many as you wish. Excellent customer service! This is my second pair from this same south elgin location in 4 years.

Had a great eye doctor experience. Team very pleasant and Dr. Velasco super attentive. The only reason I didn’t rate the visit a 5 is that the pre exam room was too small and located across from the mop and cleaning area which wasn’t pleasant to see while getting eyes tested. Pre exam room also across from bathroom which needs no explanation. With a quick reconfiguration of where pre exam room located, experience would have been a 5.
