I ordered and paid for a pair of glasses on July eighth from the Boulder Colorado location. On July 15th I attempted to call the store to see if my glasses had come in. There was no answer. I tried several more times to reach the store by phone and there was never an answer. Towards the end of the day I contacted another LensCrafters and explained that I couldn’t reach anyone at the Boulder location. Absolutely wonderful customer service! Staff was incredibly helpful while browsing and explained much of the process while purchasing the lenses. Thanks to Oscar for all the help!
Christian was extremely quick and helpful when I came in to get some lenses swapped out on a set of sunglasses I brought in and he took care of it right away without any issues. My glasses are back in action and there was no charge! He also gave me very helpful information for scheduling an eye exam. Would definitely recommend this location!
