Fantastic experience and great service, Chris was awesome!
I ordered and paid for a pair of glasses on July eighth from the Boulder Colorado location. On July 15th I attempted to call the store to see if my glasses had come in. There was no answer. I tried several more times to reach the store by phone and there was never an answer. Towards the end of the day I contacted another LensCrafters and explained that I couldn’t reach anyone at the Boulder location.
