I called for an appointment today and was given one only to have the office call me two hours and forty minutes prior to my appointment to say that they have no record of me on file and that vi need to make an appointment with prior office and try to do the best that I can ok do the best that you can otherwise the visit will be $55.00. I explained to the office that my 👁️ hurts I’ve tried a warm compress no relief. I’m still stuck on do the best that you can WOW!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU MT. KISCO LENS CRAFTERS.
From start to finish I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters today. professional courteous and very patient. I wanted a prescription for 2 pair of reading glasses I highly recommend Mt.Kisco LensCrafters.
I HAD the GREATEST experience here. Tyiana and Junior were the COOLEST Representatives that I have ever had in any eye place. Tyiana was VERY professional, very explanative and just a true up beat personality. All the staff was very helpful and just an over all a FANTASTIC experience. Thank you Tyiana, thank you Junior and we hope LensCrafters NEVER lets these two individuals leave the company!
All of the staff was so great and had excellent customer service. Tracy was wonderful and was so patient and efficient with making adjustments to my glasses. I highly recommend this Lens Crafters
Would not recommend. They are not accommodating. Service is unfriendly and off putting.
