Extremely competent and professional. From medical team to on-floor sales representatives….couldn’t have been more helpful, patient and kind. Highly recommend.
Great place. Optometrists are good. But beware for walk in service. Went in with bent frames (purchased here) and seems only an optician can help and there wasn’t one on site today. So not helpful for emergency work.
Julian (I hope I'm getting his name correct) was friendly and professional. He explained the lens options clearly. He made the cost differences easy to understand. And he helped look up my vision plan benefits. He was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with to get my new lenses. I truly appreciate his kind professionalism.
Very patient, honest feedback. Spent time with me going over choices. Alberto was comprehensive with his knowledge, customer service & not “salesy”, but more of an educator. His authenticity was what I valued most.
I needed contacts and went for 2 contact prescriptions exams and they never finalized my prescription and I don’t have contacts. I even called to say my prescription was finalized and they still wouldn’t let me purchase contacts. Terrible customer service. I don’t like giving any bad reviews but I now have to give one. Never had this issue for contacts before.
