Great staff and people. My screw fell off my favorite pair of sunglasses. They replaced it free of charge. Next time I need a new pair will visit this place again
The worst! First optometrist gave me an incorrect prescription, I have to go through the time and effort to get that fixed in addition to new contacts, and then schedule an appointment for a redo of the initial appointment. Doctor didn't show up for that one on time and LensCrafters refused to refund the initial visit. Terrible rude unprofessional employees, incompetent doctors and complete lack of respect for anyone's time even with a first thing in the morning appointment so you can't blame patients for making you late jus... read more

LensCrafters Optique in Mount Kisco is the place to go for all your eye care! Dr Brenda Chan did an excellent job ! She is very courteous, patient , skillful and knowledgeable. My eye examination was very thorough and comprehensive. The test results were clearly communicated and I felt very satisfied with my encounter! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. All my queries were answered in a timely manner. Highly recommended!!
