I just finished my eye appointment at LensCrafters inside Macy’s, and I had such an amazing experience! Stephanie made the whole visit very welcoming… she’s honest, kind, and full of integrity, which really stood out to me. Karina also helped me pick out my frames and was patient and helpful. You can really tell they take the time to build rapport and make you feel comfortable. It’s the little things that make all the difference. The Optometrist team moved here and I am so glad they did! The Doctors are still the same but now there is a bigger selection of frames to choose from. I want to give a huge shoutout to the sales worker Margarita. She helped me pick out my frames and was happy to do it. Great doctors and great customer service!
