Came in with my Versace glasses with one of the nose pads popped off, walked around for a second and then a lady named Elaine asked what she could do for me. Explained and she instantly said she could get it done for free. Took it to the back and a lady named Laura came out with them and fixed them within 2minutes. She went ahead and replaced both nose pads so they were the same! Really appreciate both of them
I did not even get my glasses or lenses from here but I stopped by and Elaine and Denise adjusted my frames for free. So kind and helpful thank you guys so much.
My first visit was great. The doctor was very helpful and prescribed me contacts. I wore them twice and had an irritation from the material. I called three or four times and left messages with no call back, and finally went by there a few weeks after to find out that there is no doctor available and wouldn't be until the end of February!! The lady at the desk took my information and said she would have someone call me, but I have yet to hear from anyone. Terrible communication!
