I went in to get a new pair of glasses. I met a wonderful lady named Santana, she provided excellent service selecting frames and fitting them. I would highly recommend her and LensCrafters. April 2025.
I was a walk-in appointment. From the eye appointment to the selection of frames and lens I was assisted. The employees were warm, friendly, and very helpful. Making my decisions were quick from the knowledge and information that the employees had on-hand.
Wife had eye exam and new frames and lenses. This place sent my wife’s glasses to the wrong location, when we called we got nothing but rude and unfriendly service. Called again since it’s been two weeks and my wife can’t drive without her glasses they were rude again and said take your broken glasses back or come get your refund doesn’t matter to us. Very well we went to get our refund and will never step foot in this establishment again. Spent $400+ for rude and incompetent service. Never again!
