She was very helpful, courteous, and provided a professional but comfortable atmosphere! Very disappointed. I had previously made an appointment online to get the required fitting and class required to buy the Meta Raybans. Checking in the staff looked at me with blank stares, telling me I didn’t make an appointment. Frustration growing I explained that these glasses require the class required to purchase.
