Lens Crafters in Macy's in Braintree is the best. They have the latest in styles and excellent customer service. Jeilko and Matt are both great at helping you find the best fit and great looking glasses. I have been going here for years!
I went in twice to this location after going to a few other places. They had the best selection of frames but what made a big difference was the outstanding service from both of the associates. In both occasions they helped me understand the process of using my insurance, helped me find a frame that fit my low nose bridge and were exceedingly patient as I tried about 100 frames and changed my mind a couple times. Ended up getting two frames because of the 30day guarantee. Great service would come again
