This location is truly a hidden gem and I’m so lucky to have been serviced by such a great team of professionals. Heather Divers has been my go to optician for several years and has always recommended the best and most appropriate vision solutions for me.
Dr. Chang is always very thorough, clear in his explanations and happy to answer any questions I may have.
Knowles Paul was extremely helpful. He assisted me in picking out the perfect pair of frames for my wedding. 10/10 service.
"I’ve been coming to this location for years, but unfortunately, my experience has changed. While the atmosphere isn't terrible and you can still get what you need done, the overall environment no longer feels as welcoming. I hesitate to say it, but some of the staff haven’t been as respectful as I would hope. This led me to try another LensCrafters location in Valley Stream, where I had a much more positive experience — and I’ve found my new go-to vision center."
