The sales associates attitude was absolutely horrific. Even having to call back to have the glasses sent to me which was strange that the sunglasses I bought from Down stairs were sent straight to my house but the person who sold me the eyeglasses had them sent to the store and then to me. I went downstairs not to give her more business and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to the store in Macys!!!
My husband and I had an amazing experience at the LensCrafters in Roosevelt Field Mall (basement level). After having such a disappointing experience at the Ridge Hill location, we actually drove an hour because we remembered how outstanding the service was here—and they absolutely did not disappoint! Kimberly Ruck was absolutely amazing! She made choosing the right lenses so easy and really took the time to help me find the best option. If I had to recommend a place and a person, this would be my number one choice
Each person at LensCrafters in Roosevelt Fields in Macy’s was so helpful and nice. The eye doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything very well. The customer service was outstanding. The salesperson Knowles went above and beyond to get my glasses done quickly and same day when I was pressed for time. I truly appreciated it.
