A big shoutout to Dara Thomas at the Lenscrafters in Macy's Roosevelt Field. She was by far the most knowledgable, patient, kind, and professional person I have found in my recent searches for glasses which has taken me to pretty much every other local chain store for glasses. It turns out they don't take my insurance here and she let me know they can give me a discount to help with that, so I may use them because I may want to try the new progressive lenses she told me about. Excellent Experience from Start to Finish! My experience at LensCrafters was excellent from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient. I went in hoping to get my annual eye exam and purchase the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses. The gentleman who assisted me was very professional and patient. I was a walk in (my second time here) and I was seen in a timely manner. I seen Dr. G who was kind with a very soothing voice. Dr. G examined my eyes and explained everything in detail. The gentleman and lady at front desk were very approachable and helped me pick frames. I will definitely be returning.
