Kimberly Ruck was absolutely amazing! She made choosing the right lenses so easy and really took the time to help me find the best option. If I had to recommend a place and a person, this would be my number one choice
Each person at LensCrafters in Roosevelt Fields in Macy’s was so helpful and nice. The eye doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything very well. The customer service was outstanding. The salesperson Knowles went above and beyond to get my glasses done quickly and same day when I was pressed for time. I truly appreciated it.
I’d give 10 stars if I could. Exceptional service and hospitality from the staff. My original prescription was too strong I was able to check my eyes again and switch out the lenses. Thank you so much !
