Can I just talk about how great Lakicia Brown is? The shop is closing and I can’t believe she’s not going to be here. She is so good at her job, friendly, attentive and even when by herself, she’s calm and puts every customer at ease. She’s the best!
Came by with a pair of glasses that I had tried to fix for hours, she was so diligent and got the arm attached. So grateful thank you !!
These ladies were so helpful. Especially Shanaz. I had insurance issues and they were patient and helpful. They were happy to order frames I wanted that were not even from their store. Shanaz asked what I was looking for and helped me pick stuff out. Very patient and helpful. Thank u guys!
