Oscar Ramires and his team Dedrick and Kassandra were all amazing. Thorough, patient, kind and super professional. Oscar is amazing in his knowledge and customer service. Great service from Octavio and Jonathan. I prefer the Macys location over the larger store downstairs. Johnathan adjusted my glasses twice and was easy going and kind about it. Octavio was transparent and honest throughout my purchase process.
