This was my first eye exam ever and Dr. Patel was amazing. He was very informative and helped me answer any questions I had! The girls at the front were also super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

On Wednesday, July 16th, 2025, I went to get my lenses replaced and was assisted by the store manager (I believe his name was Francisco). While changing the lenses, he used excessive force on the frames and also applied heat, which caused cracks to form around the lens area. When I pointed out that my frames were not in that condition when I handed them over, he insisted it wasn’t his fault and claimed it was “impossible” for the frames to crack from force or heat.
