I'm so grateful for the patience of Nadya U. and Aruna P. when utilizing my benefits for the pair of frames I needed. They're a great asset to that location in my opinion.
The doctor was very kind and polite, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. However, the front desk staff member, Nadya, was rude and unprofessional. In a professional setting, it’s important to communicate respectfully and appropriately with others.
Optometrist was great. That is where the good experience ended. What you get instead of a good fitting, you get a glorified cashier. They just hand you the glasses and that's it. No personalized service whatsoever, more expensive than other places that I purchased my glasses in the past. This is my last purchase from LensCrafters.
Optometrist Saje was thorough, informative and most of all kind. The opticians were quite resourceful. Aruna took the the time to help my husband and I pick the best eyewear to fit our needs. An awesome experience . Great customer service!
