Came in and the manager Melvin was quick to help me adjust my glasses that another store completely mangled. He was kind, took his time, and I am very happy with the result. I would highly recommend this branch, and plan to return.

I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience today at LensCrafters. The customer service was outstanding! I was warmly greeted by Ingrid, who answered all my questions with great knowledge and patience. I never felt like I was bothering her, even though I had a LOT of questions. I will definitely be returning, especially when she's working. It's so refreshing to encounter such excellent customer service nowadays!
