Ingrid is amazing! I watched her help an older customer with so much patience and kindness. When it was my turn, she took great care of my family, paying attention to every detail and making the whole experience fun and stress free. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience today at LensCrafters. The customer service was outstanding! I was warmly greeted by Ingrid, who answered all my questions with great knowledge and patience. I never felt like I was bothering her, even though I had a LOT of questions. I will definitely be returning, especially when she's working. It's so refreshing to encounter such excellent customer service nowadays!
Went in for an eye exam last Saturday. Received great help and input from Christian and Ingrid. It was my first time choosing glasses they made it seamless and a fun great experience overall. So happy with my experience. 10/10
