I could not be more pleased with Gina’s kind and knowledgeable assistance today when I stopped in to the LensCrafters at Macy’s in Burlington and asked to have my glasses adjusted. She was very friendly and took care of it immediately and sent me on my way. It was so convenient and efficient. I have used LensCrafters for years and this is just another reason I highly recommend them. Thank you, Gina and LensCrafters.
Everyone who works there is great.
They promised to ship my glasses. Never got them, or a refund. don't do it. Was told my glasses were in someone's truck, no tracking number was provided and the staff don't have a clue what's going on. Awful experience.
