I got an exam at the main LensCrafters location in Fox Valley Mall. I found the service to be average at best. I then walked over to Macy's right around the corner and found a LensCrafters inside there as well. I was greeted by Jessica who was amazing. She took the time to discover my needs and was very knowledgeable. I decided to order my glasses from her instead of the main location based of her excellent service and kind personality.
